Position Payroll, Executive

  • Manage sub contract employees (SCEs) through a variety of tasks related to project and communication duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner;
  • Compile payroll report based on client requirement;
  • Payroll process: collecting OT, time sheet, and processing payroll master list, pay slip, & related payroll documentation and compensation;
  • Process any employee’s benefit included: resignation, termination, insurance, and others;
  • Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
  • Report any problem that cannot be solved to direct supervisor
  • Other tasks as required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related field;
  • 2 year of HR Payroll experience preferred;
  • Knowledge of HR services implementation in company or organization (is a plus);
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labour law;
  • Sound of English Language & Computer literacy (Excel)
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM;
  • Work from Monday to Friday;
  • 18 days Annual Leave, 3.5 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Insurance NSSF (Employment Injury, Health Care, & Pension Funds);
